I worked on a UI/UX project for Cricbolt, a startup that provides live cricket updates. My main job was to design the app's UI and research how to improve it compared to other similar apps. I studied user needs, looked at competitor apps, and used those insights to create a simple, attractive, and easy-to-use interface.
